Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Client Program Coordinator to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, Anchorage, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Richmond, Washington D.C., or New York offices. This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working within reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices.

In Short

  • Provide high level support for client program teams
  • Oversee matter management and process flow organization
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the firm’s departments
  • Run conflict checks and maintain knowledge management resources
  • Contribute to service delivery and project management activities
  • Manage multiple assignments with attention to detail
  • Learn new technologies for efficiency
  • Work in a team-oriented and service-focused environment
  • Handle stressful situations calmly
  • Bill clients for certain activities as directed

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in legal services or related field
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
  • Problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
