Overview

As a Staff Accountant at Davies North America, you will manage accounting activities for various clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory accounting principles.

In Short

• Prepare and post journal entries in the general ledger.
• Reconcile cash deposits and disbursements.
• Respond to check inquiries and stop payment requests.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports.
• Validate and remit tax withholdings.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks for several clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
