In Short

• Support the coordination and production of bids, proposals, and pitches.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements.
• Coordinate bid response timetables to meet internal deadlines.
• Draft, edit, and proof bid content to align with client needs.
• Maintain a library of core response materials for efficient drafting.
• Drive pricing protocol for understanding and approval.
• Support reporting of bid outcomes and pipeline movement.
• Manage the central team inbox for timely communication.
• Log, validate, and track incoming opportunities with experts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bid role.
• Bid experience in the professional services sector is ideal.
• Excellent communication and strong copywriting/editing skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
