Overview

David Energy is creating a new kind of power company, using software to monitor real-time energy usage and maximize the value of energy assets. We are looking for a Head of Sales to drive our sales strategy and execution, leading the company through its next growth phase.

In Short

  • Lead the sales strategy and execution for David Energy.
  • Manage and mentor sales teams including AEs and SDRs.
  • Design and implement new sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Deliver sales forecasts to the CRO and CEO.
  • Build and refine a repeatable sales playbook.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
  • Partner with marketing to increase qualified leads.
  • Drive excellence in pipeline management and data quality.
  • Explore partnerships and business development strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience, with 4 years in management.
  • Track record of leading sales teams in software companies.
  • Experience in partnership with marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage and grow account management teams.
  • Experience in scaling revenue post product-market fit.
  • Strong process orientation and data-driven decision making.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with various sales cycles and deal sizes.
  • Prior experience in electricity markets is a bonus.
