Overview

The Retail Energy Ops Lead will oversee and scale electricity back-office operations, ensuring timely and accurate customer enrollment, meter data processing, and billing across the national retail energy footprint.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in retail energy operations.
• Familiarity with U.S. deregulated electricity markets.
• Strong analytical mindset and systems thinking.
• Experience working with technical teams and external vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proven track record of process improvement.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus.
