In Short

  • Full-Time Temporary position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm EST.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a high call volume environment.
  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, and online chat.
  • Investigate and solve product and service complaints.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.
  • Make outbound contacts to provide education and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Experience using Call Center Phone systems like Ring Central.
  • 3 or more years of Customer service experience required.
  • Data entry/Typing skills of 30 WPM.
