Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic, experienced, and results-oriented Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead our rapidly expanding sales operations in KSA (Riyadh). This is a critical leadership role where you will be instrumental in driving top-line revenue, acquiring new enterprise logos, and ensuring our existing clients maximize their value from Dataiku.

In Short

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Build, coach, lead, and enable a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Drive top-line revenue for the region, focusing on acquiring new enterprise customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the region.
  • Collaborate with leaders across various departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage with senior technology and business executives at target accounts.
  • Oversee pipeline management, demand generation, and sales forecasting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise software sales, especially in data management and analytics.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining top sales talent.
  • Strong understanding of driving new business acquisition.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with various internal departments.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the region.
