Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a technical leader.
• Strong foundation in full-stack engineering.
• Deep understanding of server-side technologies and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/React/Vue.js and Java.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Git, and CI.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
