Overview

As a Team Lead in Financial Operations & Reporting, you will lead a high-performing Accounting and Reporting team in a fast-growing international tech environment, focusing on financial excellence and compliance.

• Lead and manage a team of Controlling and Accounting professionals.
• Ensure accurate standalone and consolidated financial reporting.
• Set up and maintain strong internal controls.
• Lead the end-to-end financial audit process.
• Implement and optimize a new group ERP system.
• Collaborate with FP&A for financial insights and reporting structures.
• Establish procurement processes for efficient vendor management.
• Manage and improve the company’s Net Working Capital.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in audit, controlling, or accounting.
• Understanding of Local GAAP (HGB).
• Experience in leading financial audits.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Process-improvement mindset focused on efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in dynamic environments.
• Independent strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and German.
