Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product innovation at the intersection of compliance, security, and intelligent automation, driving customer retention and product adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management, including 2+ in B2B SaaS.
• Experience automating product workflows and leveraging AI.
• Skilled in defining problems and building modular roadmaps.
• Track record of conducting customer conversations to drive strategy.
• Strong command of analyzing sales and product metrics.
• Experience leading data reviews with cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to understand Privacy, InfoSec & Compliance domains.
• Ability to lead product demonstrations and communicate milestones.
• Comfortable experimenting with emerging AI tools.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to debate, challenge assumptions, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Reliability in executing critical projects on time and within budget.
• C1-level German for collaboration with DACH stakeholders.
