Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Phreesia is seeking a smart, energetic, and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team focused on Payments and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. In this role, you’ll drive innovative product initiatives that improve how healthcare organizations manage financial workflows, at the point of care through post-visit billing and collections.

In Short

• Own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for key Payments and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with Phreesia’s broader RCM strategy.
• Act as a Product Champion across the organization.
• Evaluate optimal approaches to execute on product strategy.
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Identify and select vendors for product enhancements.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build business cases for new capabilities and product enhancements.
• Engage with clients to gather insights and validate product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Domain expertise in healthcare Payments or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong working knowledge of PCI-DSS standards.
• Experience with HIPAA and healthcare regulations is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in driving product initiatives.
• Experience delivering payment solutions and collaborating with payment companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to twice per year.
