Overview

The Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) is a Datadog expert responsible for supporting various technical initiatives and activities for partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Datadog's offerings.

In Short

• Ensure successful onboarding and training of partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions.

Requirements

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
• 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
• Self-starter with strong business acumen.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in observability tools and public cloud platforms.
• Experience in containerization, scripting, and configuration management.
• Bonus points for previous experience with channel partners.
