In Short

• Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of company policy violations.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on employee relations actions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage Immigration actions and global mobility policy.
• Adhere to investigative best practices and ensure legal compliance.
• Make recommendations following investigations.
• Own leave and reasonable accommodation processes.
• Partner with Legal and HRBPs to implement solutions.
• Identify trends and challenges in employee relations.
• Build and analyze ER metrics.
• Create and iterate People policies and Employee Handbook.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in Employee Relations or similar HR roles.
• Experience with diverse workforce Employee Relations actions.
• Ability to build rapport and influence ER actions.
• Experience managing investigations and leading ER actions.
• Thorough knowledge of legal/compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
