In Short

• Oversee end-to-end processes associated with manufacturing dental restorations.
• Manage a team of 150+ technicians.
• Ensure optimal use of equipment and enforce quality & safety adherence.
• Drive development and scaling of new SKUs.
• Transition production from third-party providers to in-house.
• Set targets and drive execution for quality standards and hiring.
• Develop strategies for scaling production volumes.
• Coach and develop existing experts into leaders.
• Foster an environment open to innovation.
• Adapt to challenges by translating business goals into actionable plans.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong operational experience with scaling production processes.
• Experience collaborating with R&D teams.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to be onsite at the facility daily Mon-Fri.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Proficient with Excel or similar tools.
