Overview

We are looking for an IT Onsite Support Technician to join our EMEA IT Service Desk team in Freiburg, Germany. The role involves providing IT consultation, handling incidents and service requests, managing user rights, and participating in regional IT projects.

In Short

• Provide 1st level support at the Service Desk.
• Onsite user support in Freiburg and remote support for other European locations.
• Manage IT tasks within employee entry/exit processes.
• Manage and administer user accounts.
• Install and manage PCs and notebooks using Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Install and administer iDevices with Microsoft Intune.
• Participate in regional IT projects.
• Collaborate with 2nd level support teams.
• Advise internal departments on IT issues.
• Procure IT goods and services.
• Maintain knowledge databases.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support and incident management.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing user accounts.
• Ability to handle IT procurement.
