Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Leader to lead and manage our Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality standards in the development process, driving automation testing, and ensuring effective testing strategies across all projects. The QA Team Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and continuously improve testing processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years as a QA Team Leader.
• At least 5 years of experience with test automation tools.

• Solid understanding of Agile practices.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira and other test management tools.
• Experience with Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).
• Familiarity with Agile Testing practices.
