In Short

• Contribute to Cynomi’s Framework Inventory by shaping and improving core frameworks and logic.
• Lead Compliance Mapping by analyzing and mapping external compliance frameworks into Cynomi’s platform.
• Collaborate with Technical Teams to refine framework mapping processes.
• Engage with Partners to gather feedback and enhance platform content.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for compliance frameworks.
• Support Enablement Initiatives by partnering with Sales and Customer Account Managers.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience in implementing regulatory standards.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficient in GRC platforms and Excel; familiarity with SQL is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets with high accuracy.
• Capable of leading initiatives independently while collaborating with teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about understanding customer needs to drive outcomes.
