In Short

  • Manage pre-sales solution engineering and deployment planning.
  • Support post-sales customer operations including training and execution to KPIs.
  • Improve deployment processes and align sales strategies with product capabilities.

  • Travel 25-50% to customer sites for installations and sales visits.

  • Strong communication and project management skills required.
  • Experience with warehouse automation is highly beneficial.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, operations, or program management.
  • Familiarity with AGVs, AMRs, or autonomous mobile equipment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently.
  • Curiosity and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
