Overview

Cyngn is seeking a highly analytical, results-driven leader to own our company-wide data-driven decision-making initiative while supporting strategic finance and corporate development.

In Short

• Embed data-driven decision making across all departments.
• Define KPIs with functional leaders and ensure consistent tracking.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring systems for real-time visibility.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve data pipelines and processes for quality and integrity.
• Train managers and teams to interpret and apply data to strategy and execution.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses.
• Build and maintain financial models for M&A, partnerships, and product launches.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities.
• Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations.
• Lead ad hoc strategic projects requiring quantitative rigor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, or analytics roles.
• Strong financial modeling and market analysis capability.
• Familiarity with data/BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
