Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative at Cyncly, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and inbound marketing efforts.
  • Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, and digital communication to prospective clients.
  • Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer pain points, business challenges, and objectives.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate Cyncly's software solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements

  • Experience in the kitchen and bath design industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with kitchen and bath design software (e.g., 2020 Design) is preferred.
  • Experience in sales, specifically targeting SMB clients.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Spanish is an asset.
