Overview

The Renewals Specialist for APAC SMB will focus on maximizing renewal rates for small and medium-sized business customers in the APAC region, requiring collaboration across multiple teams.

In Short

  • Maximize renewal rates for SMB customers in APAC.
  • Engage with customers before and after renewal dates.
  • Execute churn and dunning processes effectively.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Availability during 7am IST to 4pm IST is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Sales.
  • Track record of hitting renewal targets.
  • Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce).
  • Industry knowledge preferred.
