In Short

• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Educate prospects on modern data security solutions.
• Use Salesforce and other sales tools to manage leads.
• Engage with key decision makers at target companies.
• Strive to exceed targets for activities and pipeline goals.
• Conduct conversations with mid and senior-level executives.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of industry trends and competition.
• Work out of Cyera’s office in NYC.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Results-oriented, metrics-driven track record.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ideally, experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools preferred.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Motivated, innovative, and high-energy team player.
• Self-starter mentality.
• Excited to build a long-term sales career.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
