In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

In Short

• Responsible for delivery of software solutions associated with customer-defined systems and software projects.
• Design and develop custom software and database application capabilities.
• Collaborate with product team members to ensure product and team success.
• Participate in release and sprint planning, testing, and solution releases.
• Analyze complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions.
• Ensure product quality and timeliness of work.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Must have at least 6 years of related technical experience.
• Experience with Java, JDBC, Hibernate, and various databases.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills required.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software design, development, and implementation in Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Java 8, Java 11, and various web services.
• Experience with Git and database management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• IRS MBI Clearance preferred or clearable.
