Technical Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead and manage Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Agile-at-Scale methodologies.
• Create and manage project roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules using Azure DevOps.
• Oversee requirements discovery and documentation in collaboration with business analysts.
• Serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure technical solutions meet defined business and functional requirements.
• Identify and manage team blockers, risks, and scope changes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Guide teams through change adoption and transformation.
• Coordinate across development, data, QA, architecture, and business teams.
• Assemble and present project status and performance reports to management.

Requirements

• At least ten (10+) years of experience in technical project management or Agile delivery.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and delivering technology solutions.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience with cloud technology environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
