In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

• Creates comprehensive technical documentation for Social Security Administration training systems, procedures, and user guides.
• Develops clear, accessible documentation that meets federal plain language requirements.
• Supports system users, administrators, and stakeholders in understanding complex technical processes and procedures.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field with 5+ years of federal documentation experience.
• Experience creating technical documentation that complies with federal plain language and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of government documentation requirements, approval processes, and style guides.
• Proficiency in federal-approved documentation tools and content management systems.
• Understanding of Section 508 compliance for documentation and federal information dissemination requirements.
• Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Remote position for candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field.
• 5+ years of federal documentation experience.
• Experience with federal plain language standards.
• Knowledge of government documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in documentation tools.
• Understanding of Section 508 compliance.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
