In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

 

We are seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Designer to join our team. In this role, you will support the analysis, design, development, delivery and deployment of relevant, high-quality learning assets and experiences. These assets and experiences will be delivered via classroom, virtual, and hybrid modalities.

In Short

• Lead the analysis, design, and development of learning assets
• Create analysis and design documents leveraging adult learning theory
• Create storyboards for online and virtual instructor-led learning
• Develop instructional materials including courses and training manuals
• Incorporate experiential learning principles in training assets
• Engage with instructional designers and subject matter experts
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain project schedules
• Leverage authoring tools to develop interactive learning experiences
• Create visual and audio learning storyboards
• Ensure instructional content meets quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a senior instructional systems designer
• Experience with Lectora or similar authoring tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Public Trust clearance required
