Overview

As an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD), you will develop and maintain instructional material for customer care center positions, enhancing employee skills and improving customer experiences.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in eLearning design.
• Proficient in Adobe Captivate and Creative Cloud.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts.
• Experience in quality assurance and control activities.
• Must obtain Public Trust clearance.
