Overview

The Implementation Solution Project Manager will support the Indian Health Service Electronic Health Records Modernization program, focusing on improving health access and quality of care for American Indians and Alaska Natives.

• Lead project management tasks for the EHR modernization program.
• Coordinate between teams and federal leadership to ensure timely deliverables.
• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and communication plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years managing medium to large Oracle Health EHR implementations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent team building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting federal EHR programs is desired.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation.
