Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise Accounts - Central - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at CyberArk, you will be at the forefront of demonstrating the value of our identity security solutions to both prospective and existing Enterprise customers.

In Short

• Act as technical pre-sales support on CyberArk’s Identity Security solutions.
• Proactively seek out new sales opportunities.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations.
• Support RFP/RFI responses.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Support and enable CyberArk’s partner network.
• Engage in public speaking and webinars.
• Convey customer requirements to internal teams.
• Act as a resource and mentor to internal teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in presales, ideally in identity or security.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Practical experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of security concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and database security.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AWS Security.
