Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Director of Customer Success to lead our Americas region. This leader will be responsible for evolving and scaling our customer success organization, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes, elevating the customer experience, and enabling the long-term success of both our customers and teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years in Customer Success or related roles, with 8 years in leadership.
• Expertise in managing SaaS onboarding programs and driving adoption.
• Strong understanding of customer success methodologies.
• Experience with customer engagement strategies and process automation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
