Overview

CyberArk Security Support Engineers provide technical support for the company’s worldwide enterprise customers and partners, focusing on IT Security and Privileged Access Management solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in Technical Support.
• 3+ years in a SaaS or security vendor role.
• Strong troubleshooting and support experience.
• Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Understanding of securing Internet applications.
• Experience with large network design and operations.
• Familiarity with directory technologies like LDAP.
• Database experience (MS SQL/MySQL).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with on-call duties and flexible hours.
