In Short

• Work as part of a new security operations support team.
• Contribute to the team's operations and support the wider business.
• Fulfill and resolve Service Requests, Changes, and security incidents.
• Perform diagnosis, analysis, and troubleshooting of complex problems.
• Provide excellent customer service in a service-centric environment.
• Communicate and coordinate escalations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with next generation firewalls, SASE products, and vulnerability management.
• Use ITSM Platforms effectively.
• Collaborate with IT and business-facing colleagues.
• Be prepared to learn and develop within a technical team.

Requirements

• SC clearance requirement for the role.
• UK residency for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
