Director of AI Technology - Remote

Overview

CyberArk is looking for a Director, AI Technology to lead a newly formed cross-functional technical team to develop and implement a strategic roadmap to evolve our technology stack supporting the deployment and scaling of AI capabilities across the company.

• Lead the design and development of core AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years in software or data engineering.
• 3-5 years in technical leadership or architectural roles.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and GenAI systems.
• Experience in leading technology stack evolutions.
• Strong organizational and strategic management skills.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with agile cross-functional teams.
