Director, Technology FP&A - Remote

Overview

Reddit is seeking a solid, analytical, strategic, creative, knowledgeable, and visionary finance leader to join our Finance team as a Director, Technology FP&A. In this role, you will provide strategic and value-added financial leadership in partnership with our Engineering organization.

In Short

• Support Reddit’s Engineering Organization by providing financial modeling assistance.
• Bring insights from industry knowledge to influence business leadership.
• Own financial forecasts, annual operating plan, and budget tracking.
• Work closely with the team to track and report KPIs against Cloud Hosting agreements.
• Provide strategic input for business decisions through complex financial models.
• Develop strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or similar quantitative discipline.
• 12+ years in FP&A experience with cloud infrastructure support.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud products.
• Experience in investment banking or consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on manager with a strong finance background.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
