Manager, Network Relations - Remote

Overview

As a Manager of Network Relations at CVS Health, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with larger and more complex healthcare providers, ensuring their needs are met while driving network growth and efficiency.

In Short

• Primary resource for relationships with larger healthcare providers.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in provider management.
• 3-5 years' experience with policy and benefits.
• Knowledge of healthcare codes and terminology.
• 1-2 years' experience with Medicare and Commercial plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex relationships.
• Experience in operational support activities.
• Ability to educate and train team members.
• Proficient in database management.
• Ability to meet with providers regularly.
