The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the executive team at Aetna Better Health of Missouri, focusing on driving clinical excellence and achieving measurable health outcomes.

Requirements

• At least five years’ experience in healthcare delivery.
• At least three years of Medicaid and managed care experience.
• Must be a licensed physician in Missouri.
• Board Certification in a recognized specialty required.
• Experience in population health management preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Value-Based Contracting.
• Ability to analyze data and trends.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Passion for improving healthcare delivery outcomes.
