Overview

Customer.io is expanding its sales team and seeking motivated Account Executives at the Mid-Market level to drive growth within key market segments across the Americas.

In Short

  • Full-cycle sales role focusing on prospecting, demo, and closing.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through self-sourced and SDR-supported leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs.
  • Collaborate with SDR, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams.
  • Own and report on individual sales metrics.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech sales required.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Compensation package includes a base salary and variable compensation.
  • Onboarding set for January 2025.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales.
  • Must be located in the UK, Ireland, or the Americas.
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing mid-market accounts.
  • Ability to engage in high-volume prospecting.
  • Experience with deals typically under $50,000 ACV.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Ability to work closely with SDR teams.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling frameworks.
