Overview

The Digital Customer Success Program Manager will design and optimize automated experiences to help customers achieve their goals quickly and independently while collaborating with various teams.

In Short

  • Design and implement digital onboarding flows aligned to Customer Success strategy.
  • Build and maintain automated lifecycle campaigns.
  • Partner with CX Ops to launch new digital features.
  • Champion the digital stack within Customer Success.
  • Support team members on digital lifecycle execution.
  • Pilot A/B tests to enhance engagement.
  • Analyze engagement data for insights and improvements.
  • Document best practices for digital lifecycle.
  • Encourage a test-and-learn culture within Customer Success.
  • Manage digital programs across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years in Customer Success or digital program management.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in A/B testing and measuring metrics.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bonus: Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Preference for candidates in the Eastern Timezone.
