Facility Executive - Technical - Remote

Overview

The Facility Executive - Technical is responsible for maintaining electrical equipment and ensuring the safety of people and property within the facility.

In Short

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, and water supply.
• Maintain the upkeep of high-rise buildings.
• Report and follow up on customer requests and complaints.
• Maintain handover/takeover log books per shift.
• Check and maintain log books and checklists of all facilities.
• Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Operations Manager.
• Minimum experience of 4-5 years required.
• Requires a Diploma or B Tech in Electrical.
• Work for Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services.
