Overview

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our thriving Project & Development Services (PDS) team. As a key contributor, you’ll play an integral role in driving our continued growth, working alongside a dynamic and high-performing Bid Team.

In Short

  • Coordinate bid/submission activities and implement best practices for proposal production.
  • Develop innovative and impactful submissions with the Bid Manager.
  • Create compelling document designs aligned with brand standards.
  • Proof and edit proposal content for clarity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate document production and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Gather non-technical bid materials including CVs and company info.
  • Partner with the Director, Sales, Strategy & Enablement for feedback and improvement.
  • Work within proposal teams or bid coordination.
  • Manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools (nice to have).
  • Construction or property industry background (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience working within proposal teams or bid coordination.
  • Ability to create persuasive and professional presentations and documents.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and grow.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
