In Short

  • Field-based Business Development Manager position focusing on the legal sector.
  • Remote role based in or around Belfast.
  • Identify and onboard new partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound sales to new and inactive partners.
  • Hold online and in-person meetings to win new business.
  • Manage relationships with partners to ensure high retention levels.
  • Focus on key verticals: Property, Migration, Wealth Management.
  • Collaborate with the London-based Partnerships team.
  • Ideal candidates will have a network in the legal sector.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth of cross-border payments.

Requirements

  • Experience in field-based outbound sales within the legal sector.
  • Existing network in the legal sector, especially probate specialists.
  • Negotiation and closing skills for partnership-driven deals.
  • Resourceful, articulate, and action-oriented personality.
  • Attention to detail and an entrepreneurial approach to sales.
