Overview

The Bilingual Instructional Designer Jr. at Backcountry will develop and deliver engaging training programs for customer service teams, focusing on e-learning content and live training sessions in a bilingual environment.

• Design and develop training materials for customer service representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in instructional design or training development.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong design skills with e-learning development tools.
• Experience delivering live training sessions.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
