Overview

Seattle Coffee Gear is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Customer Service Representative to provide expert support for customers using advanced coffee machines.

In Short

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot common machine issues such as error codes and malfunctions.
  • Guide customers through diagnostic steps and maintenance procedures.
  • Provide instructions for repair or replacement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest models and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to report issues.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right espresso machines.
  • Work with sales and service teams to achieve goals.
  • Continuously learn about current product offerings.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Experience with order or inventory management software.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort with mechanical systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain patient and professional with customers.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems.
