As a remote-first company, Cribl is looking for an ambitious Federal Sales Director focused on National Security, who will lead a team and help customers optimize their operations and security.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Federal National Security/Intel Community Sales Reps.
  • Build a future sales team and develop sales leaders.
  • Create a business plan to exceed sales goals.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Be part of a proven leadership team and contribute to GTM strategy.
  • Work across multiple time zones as a remote-first company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years leading Federal National Security sales teams.
  • Security Clearance (TC/SCI Preferred).
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  • Experience with security channel partners.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in SAAS sales related to IT operations and security.
  • Background in selling large deals to Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Experience in developing pipelines and opening new accounts.
  • Bonus: Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
