  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings for sales executives.
  • Research and identify key personas for new accounts.
  • Utilize strong selling skills to understand customer needs.
  • Log and track leads in Salesforce.
  • Achieve meeting quotas for territory revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and attend meetings.
  • Work with marketing to improve lead quality.
  • May require working outside standard hours due to time zones.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong business and tech acumen.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding of customer needs for successful sales.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Prior lead generation experience preferred.
