In Short

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads.
  • Respond to and qualify marketing leads.
  • Generate meetings and opportunities for sales executives.
  • Research target accounts and generate interest through calls and emails.
  • Use sales techniques to understand customer needs.
  • Log and track leads in Salesforce.
  • Achieve meeting quotas for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and marketing teams.
  • Work remotely across time zones.
  • Attend sales meetings and training.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prospecting experience.
  • Fluent in German for DACH support.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and prospecting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong business and tech acumen.
  • Motivated and self-starting individual.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior lead generation experience preferred.
  • A college degree is a plus.
