Overview

As a remote-first company, Cribl is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them achieve their data goals and realize the value of their investment in Cribl solutions.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers throughout the Customer Success lifecycle.
  • Become a Cribl product expert to assist customers in building observability pipelines.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders to drive success plans and KPIs.
  • Utilize customer success platforms to communicate effectively with tech touch customers.
  • Identify new use cases and expand the usage of existing ones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Maintain customer health to ensure continued growth and value realization.
  • Mentor and coach team members within the Customer Experience organization.
  • May require stand-by or on-call duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a related function with customer advocacy experience.
  • Technical experience in the State, Local, or Education space.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with large enterprises in a high growth environment.
  • Knowledge of Observability, Logs, Metrics, and IT Operations.
  • Ability to drive continuous product value through new use cases.
  • Quick learner with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
