Cribl is a remote-first company seeking a Customer Support Manager who is passionate about customer success and has strong technical skills to lead a specialized support team.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor Customer Support Engineers.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure team success through metrics and goals.
  • Participate in customer and engineer advocacy.
  • Manage customer support escalations effectively.
  • Enhance processes and procedures.
  • Build technical knowledge of Cribl products.
  • Drive team success to meet SLA’s and CSAT.
  • Participate in on-call or off-hours duties.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a leader of a technical team.
  • 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of big data importance.
  • Ability to manage escalations calmly.
  • Experience with Cribl, Splunk, Elastic, Kafka, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms is preferred.
