Requirements

  • Experience leading a Customer Support team is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to see projects through to completion.
  • Flexible to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
