• Ability to apply architecture frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman.
• Proven leadership and influence across teams.
• Understanding of financial services and compliance workflows.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on ability to develop POCs and evaluate technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and bias for action.
